    What are the benfits of the 30gb account other than the space.

    Currently I am on a 2.5gb account with Gmail and it is more than enough, i evan surprised that im using 2%

    The main benefit is you are not tied to your ISP for your email address
    You can always get more with a kind word and a 2-by-4 than with just a kind word.
