cancelling my o2/CPW contract without a PAC

Right ive got fed up with requesting a PAC from CPW, and it'd be quite nice to have a new number anyway (less pestering from undesireables). Anyone know whether its a similar send-a-letter-which-they-never-recieve affair, or can i just kick up a fuss and do it over the phone?

08000490049 and follow the prompts. stick to your guns. tell them you have 5 other contracts running and are closing them al down. that you need the PAC code for a PAYG sim.
