    Shame I can't seem to type properly for toffee... I blame the 7 hours in the car I spent driving to Exeter and back today... (To find the people I needed to see had magically failed to tell me none of them would in fact be in the office today... hence narky...

    In fact I see several flaws in the continuity of the letter but no doubt someone can correct those as my brain is about to give up whether I want it to or not...

    That is a brilliant letter - I can't remember if I have mentioned to them before about my deafness, I don't usually bother mainly because the phone USUALLY works. However, there are some snippets that I will be retyping into the body of the original letter, maybe only then will the delightful, devilshly good looking Matt take note of my letters! Oh it's then only HSBC to fight with, just hope I don't get a woman!!!!!.OMG
