    Yes. In theory there is nothing to stop someone upgrading from a cash account to a classic, however, the fact that a cash account was offered in the first place implies that the account holder had a poor credit history / rating and would not be offered a 'normal' account.
    Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right! :D

    Apparently so i hear from other people is that as Lloyds use their own scoring system, there is a better chance to upgrading with them, then those muppets at Barclays,Co Op or Halifax.
