I believe ebay personel do review most items reported, but they dont have time to spend too long an any one individual item.
Remember, it's not in ebay's interest to remove items without justification, because not only does it annoy both sellers and buyers, but ebay loses any FVF it could earn and in almost all cases refunds the initial listing fee too.
But like everyone, ebay makes mistakes. Also, like me at least, when I see a breach on one item repeated on say another 10-20 items by the same user, I'll just report all that persons listings without checking further. I wouldn't be surprised if the reviewer doesn't just remove them all on the same basis."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
