Sorry - I don't know the answer but thought I should bump this one up because the board is moving quite quickly today and this was being lost!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Anyone can knock on your door. They don't need permission or to post prior warning. Whether you chose to communicate with them or not is up to you."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Ok thanks for the advice wasn't sure how it works0

Cripes they are a bunch arent they? I am sure they have to give you notice of a visit, another thought.... if you hadn't been in..do/would they charge for the visit?
I think you may need to pull up some stuff on original debt, and also credit consumer act as well as ringing a free debt charity agency to check on this.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
thanx i was sure they had to notify you as well we are regulars on here and black horse are a minor problem compared to others we have a dmp with payplan etc and from experience with sorting all that out i thought we had to have chance to repay and we should have been told that failure to repay would result in debt collectors etc but surely that is after ccj ? and if that is defaulted on i think it very strange to have this without a default notice who knows i was caught very off guard and feel very silly at the mo0
