Thanks for the reply! I'm getting nervous about this whole thing now.

This was all i received along with terms and conditions that say nothing about interest, repayments or repayments dates.

It's the only correspondance that i've received from crapquest even though i've been sending letters about resolving this whole thing amicably.

if this is all they have got, then the debt is not enforceable. If you go to court with this, and crapquest cannot produce anything better, their case will fail.

What sort of sums are we talking about?

The original as p/lasty statement is 1429. they want over 1700 and then court costs added to it. That's why i disputed the amount to be begin wuth

    OK

So if you had to pay £50 to get a solicitor's letter sent to them it would be money well spent?

I think you would be wise to talk to NDL in the first instance because of the existing court action.

We can give you the weller special letter telling them this is not a CCA and that might be sufficient to get them to call it off, but there is a bit of bluster in there and something a bit more restrained might be appropriate.

It may also be sensible to LET THE COURT KNWO WHAT HAS HAPPENED, but agin you need better advice than we can give.

Have asked someone else to look at the document you posted as well.

I, too, have looked at the piece of paper, and agree that it probably does NOT constitute a Consumer Credit Agreement, as it stands.
It really IS worth your while in running it past a Solicitor, or National Debtline (0808 808 4000).

If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
