    ok, worked out how to use the scanner - anyone know how i attach a scanned item from my saved documents to this thread?

    Look at the toolbar above the message box the little pale yellow boxes on the left hand side?

    Second one is insert image.

    Sorry, not very good with this sort of thing. All i can think of is attaching it to a personal email and sending it on?

    I am not a wizz either but could you do this belt and braces.

    Go to www.wikispaces.com and sign up for a free wiki (say www.may123.wikispaces.com).

    If you click on the button on the top of the first page which says edit this page, on the toolbar there is a tiny picture of the wikispaces tree, which allows you to insert files or images.

    The pop-up box says upload a new file, with a browse button beside it (click that and find the file on your computer) then hit upload

    As soon as that works hit the save button top or bottom right hand side.

    That gets it on the web and you can paste the URL www.may123.wikispaces.com into the URL slot here?

    did that. Unfortunately had to delete the wiki space as i could see personal details - even though i had blacked them out. Any other suggestions?
