Why dont we just all boycott the banks in the test case

    Crumbs. There is no contract in the case of agreeing to be pick-pocketed. However, there would be no dishonesty as you have consented. Its pretty simple really.

    Really not sure that is right or else you would have banks that say "you are a really great risk, we're not interested". I've got a very good credit history and am INUNDATED with offers at the moment.

    The figure quoted during the initial test case hearing by the bank's themselves was 80 to 83%.
