Hi I used them in June 2008 and found them very helpful-got a tracker with the Co-op 0.69% above the baseline! Very good rate still!
Apart from that they are worth a call and if you are not happy don't use them. However,I found them very good.
  • .I was recommended to Mortgage Monitor by my financial advisor. I needed a new mortgage having sold a house but had also recently become self-employed. Mortgage Monitor were fantastically helpful and gave me more than one option, including going to the high street banks etc. Their advice was clear and at no point did I feel that the clock was ticking on a conversation - I was always allowed time to ask as many questions as I needed to. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

I wonder which company you work for.

I recently used mortgagemonitor and they were really bad.

They recommended a tracker, did not compliantly fact find and more worryingly set fire to my house when I questioned this.

  • We took a gap year and since returning were refused a mortgage from several high street banks because of our break in earning. Graeme Yetts at mortgage monitor was able to find us an interest only mortgage when the high street banks wouldn't entertain us - a great service highly recommended.

  • On contacting Mortgage Monitor I found them to be extremely professional and helpful. The guidance and advice I initially received from broker [Graeme] was extremely helpful and reassuring. He was able to point me in the right direction and explained certain aspects of different types of mortgages very well. His further guidance and advice was second to none. I very much appreciate the further guidance and advice on my continued contact with them. I only wish I had discovered Mortgage Monitor earlier!
