Virgin ebill problem

Ive received the email to say my ebill is ready but when I try to log in I get this message

Not Found

The requested URL /ebilling/Logon.jsp was not found on this server.
IBM_HTTP_Server Server at ebill2.virginmedia.com Port 443

Does anybody know of an alternative way to get into the ebill or url?

    Though it might be a fault on xNTL side or was a fault xTelewest side at the time, the xTelewest side is working here, have no way of checking the xNTL side and you didn't mention whether you were xNTL, xTelewest etc. Though I'd hazzard a guess you were xTelewest.
    It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
    (OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)

    I have just received my first e-bill from Virgin, and guess what, I can not get in either.!!!I am going to try to contact Virgin direct, will post notice if I am successful.

    Back again
    I got in through the main page www.virginmedia.com then to Customer Zone on left, I clicked Billing this went to another page where I cliked Cable e-billing sign in (picture of a blue key board) then click on Existing users.
    Quite easy realy!!!!!!!!!!!!:j

    HOWEVER I tried to print the bill out but keep getting the E-Billing and Payment Service page but no actual bill.:confused:

    I have made a complaint to virgin via its Contact us.

    If any one finds out how to print the bill please leave a message.

    Thats something down to the print settings for your page. Why you've complained to Virgin is beyond me? What have they done wrong?

    Ensure when you print you select the main frame which contains the actual bill.

    I've managed to print my bill out no problems tonight.
  • Every call on every E-bill I have been sent from Virgin Media have not been made by me, but all the calls that I HAVE made, have not been listed on my bill. I can only assume that they are sending me someone else's bills and someone else is getting my bill. Has anyone else had this problem?
