i might not be on the right forum to ask this but it caught my eye.... what is the law on taking your kids out of school, can you just pull them out and teach them at home, does anyone check that you are teaching them right or can you get help from the school with getting the work ect ect0
-
ellieo I've been home-schooling my daughters since....forever.....
You have the right to home school your children. They are your children.
The law says that children age 5 and over must be in full time education and being taught according to their Age, Aptitude and Ability. If you wish to delegate that responsibility to a school then that is your right as is your right to do it yourself.
You do not need qualifications just the desire. xx

It's an American web site so a lot of the holiday section will be like 4th July etc but the English Math and Science will be the same. Thanks.** Freebies and money saved with the help of you all? - Don't know ....lost count! **** Stay Safe **0 -

Hi Ciders! Could you please post a reply including the free support sites here? I guess loads of people would be interested who are home-edding and also considering their options!! Education Otherwise is the best stop for those considering teaching at home, what the legal side of things is etc, but any similar sites such as the initial post would be great!!!!;):A Every moment is a gift.
