I sent my 4th airtime bill to CPW, recorded delivery on 10 August, and I am also still waiting. I believe they take at least 60 days.

Just been told that all their Cashback Department has been moved to guess where...................... India!!!!! Because there in India now,it takes, as Dollywops reported, 60 days!!! I wish I was allowed to take 2 months to deal with my customers.

just my 2p's worth. Yes 60 days is a long time, and for most people the money is needed promptly. But has anyone actually heard of a case where this money was NOT paid? Disagree with me if you will, but as long as the company do pay within their stated timeline we can't really complain ALL that much. If they were NOT paying, then i'd be very concerned.

India? No comment but let's just say 3G also have their call centre in India but I use their Glasgow centre instead.
Know me for who I am, not for who I say I am.
