Is this a good money saving or what !!

hello folks,
is this a good deal or what,just looking for a new mobile and found this on the net, it is a nokia 6610i on 12 mth contract for 6.99 for this i get 150mins any net work and 50 texts a mth the only draw back is you pay 9.99 and claim your money back every 4th mth but other that that i think not a bad deal. what do you think! please let me know before i sighn up many thanks

These cashbacks are only suitable for the "organised", if you mess up then you don't get yer money, so you gotta have a good memory to do it properly, always a dodgy thing, but I've done it in the past.
Besides not all cashbacks are the same, some pay in full at month 6 or 7 like mobilesuk.net, which is one of the best T&C's you'll get for cashback, you dont have to wait till month 12 on the high tarriff you signed for, you cn down grade after 6.
