The couple who bought the house at £81k did it because he'd had triple heart bypass surgery 3 months before, so they chose to start doing property instead of a "proper job".Lotus-eater wrote: »So its up to date programs now then?
Are amateur people still trying to be property developers? Even after all the bad press, I am amazed.
The shop/house buyers were doing something in property development because it was two blokes who were partners, so this wasn't their first.
The restaurant was an entirely different beast as it is a business and a family bought it to run as a restaurant.0 -

I am still surprised they managed to secure such a good offer selling the property on.

Did anyone see the program tonight at 7pm?
I missed the first 15 mins and can't find it online.
A bit more downbeat than I expected,Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
I missed it all. Completely didn't realise what the time was until 7.25 when it was over.
I searched itv.com for a playback and there's nothing. I am not familiar with their system though so have no idea if things appear after a set time lag, or if it not being there 5 minutes later would mean it won't be available.
Maybe somebody did that posh TV recording thing and will bung it on youtube for us.0 -
I thought all these HUTH episodes on at the moment were a few series old? Like from 4-5 years ago?poppy100
