Getting back into the swing of things now.
I have just accepted my first mystery shopping assignment and have signed up for 3 other sites so I am hoping they will start to trickle in now. Every penny counts.
Have also reduced my sky down to a more basic package. We were paying £40 because we have the Sky channels but non of us watch them. So have taken that away and saved us another £17 a month and an added bonus was our payment has gone out this month but she reduced the package today so next months bill will only be £7!
Also did a quote for hubbies car insurance and found it half price (£20 cheaper) a month and £50 cashback :T
Off to bed now feeling slightly pleased with myself. Is it sad this things make me smile nowadays lol.

No, it is not sad at all - it is a sign of just how far you have travelled in this debt free journey!
Hope OH shoulder is sorted soon - my OH had an op on his earlier this year because he failed to sort out an earlier problem and ended up with arthritis, so a big op to fix it was the end result, with lots of time off work. So def get it sorted sooner rather than later in my experience!
Good luck with getting the mystery shops......keep checking, sometimes nothing, sometimes masses!! There is no way of knowing when the next one will be so grab 'em when you see 'em!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Thanks Hypno all set up with Retail Eyes although nothing for me on there yet. Waiting for TNS to say if I have been accepted. I hope so as I spent bloody ages filling out their form.
Had another hectic day today. In work 7-3pm where I had to run around after one of the big bosses because he had gone to a conference without his presentation so spent ages getting that sorted then had to drive it over to him  .
This afternoon hubby has been back to the hospital and he has now got to have an MRI scan to see if there is muscle or ligament damage as this might be the reason his shoulder keeps popping out. From there it might be an operation. Unfortunately they reckon the MRI could take up to 6 weeks for a date to come through.
He spoke to the consultant about work as its driving him mad (and me) being at home, obviously working for the police he won't be able to go on duty but they have agreed to sign him back on to light duties, so basically a desk job.
Fingers cross work will let him back as it get's him from under my feet too lol.
Not done much on the DFW front yet but just about to log into my bank and see how dire the situation is then stick some more bits on Ebay. Happy Days.:oProud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Well Ruby is settling in well. She did really well last night slept till 6am then went out for a wee, got back in her bed and then woke up with me at 7am.
Bit of a busy day today had to go into work HQ and collect my new laptop. Then whizzed back home to drop it off so it wasn't sat in my car for a local scrot to cart off with. Don't think a police persons laptop being nicked would go down too well lol
Then back to work only to find some great big balls up had happened so spent the rest of the day sorting that out
Not much money saving happening at the moment so need to get back into it, will be STPing tonight and have been trying to get on some mystery shop sites but they are playing me up.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Morning one and all.
Been to the vets this morning with Ruby for her first jabs so £60 already spent. I had the money put side for it though so not quite so bad.
Hubbys birthday today so not too much planned. I am picking his nan up in a little while and she is coming over for the afternoon. Bless she is 82 and lives by herself so gets quite lonely.
Off to do my first mystery shop in a bit fingers crossed it will all go to plan. My paperwork from TNS has arrived this morning as well so I will get that sent off straight away.
Tonights job once Nan has gone will be to get myself registered as self employed or whatever you need to do for the mystery shops. Don't want to land myself in any trouble especially as BIL works for the ILR lol.
Not much DFW happening at the moment, if Nan doesn't stay too late should be able to get some ebaying and STPing done later.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712
