    Psychic.....just seen your last post and would include it if I knew how to "double quote" :confused:

    Have to say, categorically YES....if you have a good counsellor...and I have been blessed with mine as she has been very very good...it really really is worth it (I have had some counselling way back in past....was a mixed bag, one good, rest rather bad so a bit like roulette).

    The one I'm with now has also provided referrals for friends of mine throughout the country so if anyone wants to find a counsellor just PM me.

    Ref the arm...well will post about that as an update later. Let's just say better than two weeks ago but not as good as one week ago :confused::confused:
