    Both dates are given.

Having gone through the opening scenes (Strewth! How long is that on dial-up!!??) I clicked on the balloon with eyes on it. This opened a newspaper report, I think it was, giving the date as 14 November. If you then click on the De Feo Family History link (or words like that), the date of the police discovery is given as 13 November.

Maybe you've discovered other instances of these dates, too, but as everything takes an age to load on dial-up, I ain't exploring any further!

There no association with the words "Pigsbank" and "Titanic", or at least I don't think so.. ;)
