Mortgage offset V Cash ISA

  • Having a look round -

    1) the Barclays ISA seems too hard to get.
    2) I want the 35K FSA guarantee.
    3) I dont trust Egg.

    The fixed rate bonds look good but then they fall down onto very cheap default ISA's.

    I am looking at the principality BS e-ISA. Variable, online, not a bonun, FSA regulated. Any thoughts?
