Does anyone have an address I can write or e-mail to, so I can complain to Boots?
I'm sick of being embarrassed at the tills!
I recently tried to use an ACM voucher for half price off any Botanics Skin care, it just wouldn't go through for anything so in the end I just said it didn't matter. That voucher is still showing up in my ACM so I tried it again in a different store and still it wouldn't work, just beeped away.
Today I tried to use the Umberto Giannini for half price dazzling shine stuff, but again it wouldn't let me, and just beeping away despite trying 2 different products in that range. I even had a woman at the till say over and over it's only for a styling product even though they were both styling products! I had to just leave it in the end because they couldn't find the manager.
This is getting really embarrassing and I'm reluctant to use my vouchers from the ACM anymore :mad:

Yeah, i was really pleased, I'm one of those silly people who has never really paid attention to all the coupons I get so I was really surprised to try it and earn so many points, even if i did have to put up with the SA rolling her eyes at all my coupons and its all thanks to you guys, well done :T I'm off to boots tomorrow to try and get myself that ACM voucher, cos I actually use UG shampoo n conditioner, so getting some of that range for 9p is a bargain!!!

I'm possibly being completely thick here but could somebody please tell me whether or not Boots are still registered as merchants with Quidco??? I'm sure I've bought things from them through Quidco before but when I looked today couldn't find them listed as merchants!!!!
Thanks a lot, am well pleased as have just managed to purchase 2 baby born baths for 3.49 each!!!! Bargain!!!! I'm really pleased as daughters have been after this for a while but I felt that 30 was a lot of money for it.

I got the Echo woman 30 ml the other day in boots, reduced to £18.50 from £27.50. Using the fragrance voucher, I thought it was a good deal, £13.50. However I saw the same fragrance at the perfume shop for £14.99 for 100 ml, as well as echo mean and game men/ women.

The Game 30 ml for £8 is a nice price still, even thoough more expensive per 100ml. But I prefer smaller fragrances that dont last very long. But the Echo one is not a good bargain. So returned it today, got my £13.50 back and headed for the perfume shop and got 100 ml for £14.99.

Had a great Boots shop today despite OH being with me!He actually carried my 2 bags of bargains hapily to the car and told me ld done well!!!Think he must be coming down with something!!!!!

plus had lovely saturday girl who put it thru so l got 4 hair splits as well.
Got a nice selection from card machine as well so very happy with Mr Boots today!:T

The SA couldn't have been nicer (and yes it was the No7 SA) and had no problem with me giving her all the coupons. She said if you know how the system works, you can get great deals!:T
