Direct debit: Dxnlink - what is it?

I am going through my accounts to get rid of any unnecessary direct debits and have come across one that has appeared for Dxnlink followed by a 10 digit number - I can't seem to work out what that could possibly be for, has anybody got any ideas?
Many thanks in advance

Thanks for that, Baldur.
It doesn't really answer my question though. I refused mobile phone insurance so hopefully it's not that - if it is then somebody has to explain why they are charging me for something I specifically turned down.
I think the replies to the OP were a bit rude as well, it could put new posters off posting if they thought they were going to be attacked like that!0 -
Hi bevheth,
It was the only reference to Dnxlink from a search on these forums - the first reply, from BenL, was the one to which I was referring you, i.e. to ring the bank from which your DD was drawn and they should be able to identify the originator.0 -
Hi Pepita,
Its definitely mobile phone insurance, I know this because its the same description on my statement and I took out the insurance when I bought my mobile from The Link 2 years ago. The Link apparently has gone bust. I am cancelling the insurance anyway as I am getting another phone.
Hope this helps0 -

It's for mobile phone insurance. They do not stop taking the fee even after you get a new phone and pay different insurance. They continue even though you cancel. I have just found it on my banking aswell and can't contact them, If anyone has a number I'd be grateful.0 -

Dont think youre likely to get any answers, the op is nearly 3 years old.
Try starting a new thread of your own. Someone will come along and help.
(Ive been there, done that:D) I felt silly too.
Anniemake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
