Morgan Stanley Income & Growth Smartplan - Matures June 2008

Does anyone else currently hold this plan ?

It was a 5.5 year plan taken out through Morgan Stanley linked to the FTSE 100 ?

If so, have you had details from MS in regards to options available at maturity ?

Thanks

    Hi, darren,

Through whom did you buy this product? On the brochure it says " available exclusively through the David Aaron Partnership " but that firm seemingly went bust some time ago.
The FSCS was accepting claims for compensation.

EDIT: That was all I could find through a simple Google - you should really get in touch with your product provider.

Yes, it was taken through them, but they were only the 'Financial Advisor'.

The actual product/funds is held with MS directly.

    Thanks

If that is the case then I suggest that you ring Morgan Stanley ( though I have to say that their website indicates that MS deal only with intermediaries but under the circumstances I'm sure that they can steer you in the right direction ). The number given on their website is 020 7425 6349.

    Thanks for your help.

Apparantely a company called 'KeyData' deal with their administration.

Although it matures next week, they haven't yet got round to sending details on options available at maturity - doesn't sound very organised ! - They've had over 5 years to plan this.

    Thanks

No problem - glad I could help ( a little bit, anyway ).

FWIW, I found this on the KeyData website ( apologies if you've already seen it ). Worth having a nose round their site to see what they are currently offering. It's mostly ( only? ) structured products they do.

You always have the option of moving your ISA to another provider.
