hm.. i ordered last night and still not tracking for me. You guys think I should cancel and retry ??
thanks aj0 -
EMcG, I'm just interested in how you make sure you get the £50 refer a friend credit also.
It's seems to be via telephone only, which would mean the quidco would be a definite non-starter.
How you had any experience of getting round this, eg can you apply online via quidco and then ring in and give over your friend's details?
Thanks Pete0 -

You can refer a friend after opening the account so you'll get the £50 but they would loose £50 as the refer fee would come from you and not quidco. So unless you don't really like them and you wish to scam them out out £50 it isn't worth it.:TTotal Money saved using MSE and other money saving websites since 2002 £12,000+ and counting:T0 -
Searsp,
I asked Virgin and they said that I would have to wait until I received my first bill - then to call customer services and give them the details of my friend who's referring me.
Then the £50 credit would be added to both our accounts in time for the second bill.0 -

Mine tracked pretty much straight away - but then I had an email from Virgin Media saying I had to pay the balance owed by the previous house owner to get service, has anyone else heard of this?0 -

Don't hold your breat waiting for the Refer a Friend money. I refierred my son in March and I'm still waiting. We have been told it will be credited on his 3rd bill - still nothing yet!0
