TY max...the last thing i want to do is be kept any longer than is neccesary so cheers for that.
i havent any of the cards as mentioned above so i've only listed them as creditors now as thats all they are.

Hi,
Yep, you have to repeat all your credit card and bank accounts again in section 5 and make sure you include your current ones as well, if they are in arrears or not.
You will almost certainly be asked about your current bank account by the court staff and it can cause delays etc if you have not got these details.
Section 5 is a part of the bankruptcy petition that a lot of people do not complete properly as it is easy done if you dont read the forms very carefully and it is well known by the court staff so they usually always pick up on it.

Housekeeping £200.00
Clothing £25.00
Dry cleaning (work suits) £10.00
Medical/prescriptions £10.00
Opticians £10.00
Dentist £10.00
Haircuts £10.00
Holidays £25.00
Birthdays/christmas £20.00
Emergency fund £20.00
Total expenditure £1101.
So £449 towards IPA @70% = £314.30 for IPA
i think thats all. If anyone can see anything wrong or if my figures are way out please advise.
i havent put mobile as company phone deducted prior to take home pay same as fuel/car costs, company car which private mileage is deducted before i get salary. i was sent some PAYG sim cards from empty wallet a while back but not sure whether i should try this out on the i&E or not??

yeah i got a very good deal from tinterweb and i pay £5.81 per month for contents only, i didnt want to put higher than it was just coz i'll have to prove it and it comes out bank as DD

Yes I would as they are originally credit card accounts and it does not really matter if they have gone to Collection Agencies or not. It wont hurt to put them down again in section 5.

Hi Toon Dave, you are welcome.
And you are right about reference numbers etc even in some cases where people dont put down the original credit card provider as the name of the creditor due to collection action, the number is often the same and as credit cards usually have 16 digit numbers it is easy for the court staff to spot.
