Toon Dave's Br Forms - Final Questions And Queries

Evening all.

Just finalising my I&E and reviewing my paperwork and online forms making sure dotted the i's crossed the t's etc etc.

i'm gonna have a couple of queries tonight if you can help.

Firstly,

Do i put Council tax arrears as secured or unsecured creditor?

Do i list a Creditor with an active CCJ as secured or unsecured?

i'm not sure how much this matters as long as its on the forms for the judge but just wanted to make sure nothing amiss before court.

Also, im going to post my I&E on this post too in a bit or tm, depending on if i fall a sleep finishing my forms.

I would appreciate a final glance over it from you informed lot to ensure im covering my !!! on all fronts please.

Thanks for the help and thanks to all who have sent me their good wishes today on my other thread.

Thanks
Dave.

    sorry have another one..

5.1 Do you have any cheque cards, cash dispenser cards, credit or charge cards, debit cards, etc.

if i have already listed these as a creditor that i pay already and therefore dont have the cards, should i list them again or is it just doubling up to much?

    Thanks again

I would imagine if you dont physically have them cards ect anymore the answer would be no, I sent mine back at the creditors request, so when I finally get round to answering that question it would be no.

    Evening Dave

With regards to the bank cards, you don't have them so don't list them
    Council tax - unsecured creditor
Don't know for definite about the CCJ but presume it is unsecured, or is there a specific part of the form that asks fir that sort of thing? It's been a while since I looked at one of the forms!

Stop panicking! It's all going to be fine. I'll hunt my forms out and have a look (yes I've still got them)

Creditor with the CCJ is unsecured, unless it's gone to a charging order.

    Hi Toon Dave,

Both council tax and CCJs go in the unsecured section and details of both should also be put in Section 3 (3.10) if bailiff action has been instigated and any goods have been levied within the last 6 months.
