Used MyMemory before and as per 7dayshop they will send out the order items seperately to stay withing the £18 customs limit...

Places like 7dayshop(CI), dvdboxoffice(Canada), MyMemory(CI) all burst orders into <£17. Obviously if an item is > this limit VAT is payable. I got a lot of items from 7day all under £17 all arrived in seperate parcels. MyMeory has a good customer service, mail them your questions and ask what refrum means for their memory sticks. Remember you can return items within 7day under the distance selling regulations. MyMemory and 7day also have a resonalbe approach to returns check their sites.

I've already used them for backup so wouldn't feel comfortable trying to return them.
