Did anyone sign up for Madasafish internet with the free wine offer & actually receive the wine?
I signed up on 6th March, but Madasafish are saying the offer did not start until 12th & refusing to send me the voucher for the wine.

There is lots of evidence of their cs staff making things up as they go reported here in various threads. Always to the detriment of the customer!
Samara has sadly made her last post here for maaf, so maybe the best route is to escalate this in writing to their HO.0 -
I've contacted CS again with a link to the posting by Samara & a copy of the screen print i did of the offer. If I dont get anywhere then i'll write to HO.

He did when problems arose from an e2save cashback offer he promoted, when e2save reneged on the deal.0 -

I wish I'd never gone anywhere near MAAF - maybe the wine offer is to get their customers so off their heads they don't know what an incompetent bunch of crap MAAF really are :mad:0 -
[Came across this thread. I had to sign up just to comment of my annoyance on this matter.]
I have been chasing Madasafish on this since early April. They said very early on that Virgin were going to send out some wine vouchers. I left it for a month before emailing Virgin and Madasafish again.
Virgin informed me that they had issued the vouchers to Masadafish and that they (madasafish) should be sending the vouchers out to me. Virgin do not send out the vouchers... so why did Madasafish tell me they did? I have now been back in touch with Madasafish and they said I was being sent the vouchers in the post... that was 4-5 days ago. Still not received them.
My take. There has been a major mix up. When Madasafish was merged into Plusnet they didn't think to/weren't intending to (delete as you feel fit) honour the March wine offer. Plusnet need to honour the wine offer! In my opinion they are legally obliged.
I think I am getting some headway on this and will let you know if and when I get my vouchers.
Keep fighting for the VirginWine vouchers. You've earnt them!

bobpullen of plusnet cs has not been back here since 16/6, so no chance he's seen your pm.
Try voicing your complaint on their forum at thinkbroadband.
They seem to try a bit harder there when a gripe goes public - although it's the maaf forum, the same plusnet staff deal with complaints:

I said I'd provide an update. Still no news from Madasafish/Plusnet. They said that they can't see any referrals in the account... so why do they send me a number of referral notifications via email everyday?
This whole episode has been nuts. I know how many vouchers I am owed - I have the email referral receipts from Madasafish to prove it - but if the emails are generated by the Madasafish/Plusnet system, why can't they see how many referrals at their end.
This is a 'lack of wine' disaster!!!!!! It is now 3! months since the promo ended and still no booze.
I remember the email from Madasafish - "Have I got booze for you!" - have you heck.0
