Actually it is funny you should say that, but when I had done it, I phoned the docs up and asked when I had my last tetnus!! It was 11 years ago so I was there in 10 mins having my injection!!! My arm was in agony for two days!!!!:o

i wear the plain black prima ones for a 13 and a half hour shift. I don't think they look brilliant but my feet feel great and don't sweat in a 34 degree heat

I don't get it. The prima ones are the ones which cut my feet to shreds!
  • Crocs are the best shoes ever invented.

I bought some from Additions Direct at the weekend, they arrived today (normal yellow smiley smiley)
Just the boring black Caymans, I had some non-holey Endeavours for work which I got from the US but I've managed to wear them out (oops based smiley). I used to get back pain related to my flat feet but since wearing Crocs when on my feet for 12+ hours a day in a busy A+E, back problems have evaporated. Yay!

I also ordered some silver Mary Jane or similar, they're a little narrow but will do for my wedding shoes next year as I intend to get married in comfort! Just need to find a purple dress to go with them (lol type smiley)
And of course, couldn't let DD go without, some baby pink Mammoths are awaiting her return from school. Well, I have to find some way of persuading her out of the somewhat knackered and too small ones I bought her in April!

Crocs - there is a god.

edit Just realised the smileys are working again. Don't I look an !!!!.

Incidentally, be careful buying fake Crocs as they do not last anywhere near as long as the originals.

I am really loving my crocs!!! :j Was totally against buying them, until I saw a pair for £2.99!! Got a lovely white pair!!! Been to the beach, on the sand and they are just soo comfortable and versatlie!! Did my garden in them the other day and was not impressed with all the dirt coming in through the holes!!! Then I was cutting down some clematis and ouch, blood everywhere!! A nail had gone through the crocs and into my foot!!! _pale_ Not gardening shoes I think!!!! But I still luvve them!!:D
I really don't wish to be rude - but 2.99 for crocs? Are you sure they are the real ones or are they copys?

  • Try ebay, it's worth getting Crocs from the US.

Thank you - but its too late, I've succumbed..... Next have them in stock, they'll be here Thursday.

How come all the other so called 'great good prices' places didn't have them in stock??

You'd think they would know that at this time of year the weather gets colder and the mammoths would be wanted - in a popular size 5..........

  • I'm probably going to end up giving in and getting some Mammoths. Except I'll end up paying through the nose for them because I'll put it off and put it off :rotfl:
