Is it possible to build a garage on a new build house

Sounds like you've purchased the wrong house if you're already not happy with it? Are there others onsite with a garage you could get?
Sounds like your parking is away from your house - would you want power in the garage - this could be a problem...
also as things are still being built, if you do apply to build a garage, your neighbours could seriously object...0 -
You definately can (via planning permision) and if the house is not built yet, you can get the builder to complete the paperwork for you (obviously ata cost
)
My in-laws got a garage and a convservatory addedd to the house before it was completed.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

I work on a lot of new builds and believe me the corners they cut these days to save money is unbelievable. I could never live in one knowing what they do in these rabbit hutches.
You must live in a cave, or a house built by a small family firm!0
