Question about taxing issues regarding 'rolling' in accumulation funds in/out of ISA:

I have a question regarding taxing issues attached to rolling the income in accumulation funds.
Does this rolling A) in ISA
outside an ISA is taxed or occurs within the fund so that it doesn't involve any (even implicit) form of taxing?

There is no difference in taxation between income and accumulation units. Both generate the income. One pays it out (although it can be reinvested to buy more units). The other reflects it in the unit price. The income is the same though and any tax that is due will be the same.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
