Vodafone Bills

I took out a contract in March thro M2YD and have only rec one bill in April to cover the first two months. I did not rec a bill in May but the DD went out of my bank. My concern is that I need the bills to claim my cashback, I have emailed CS, but have not rec a proper reply, just to contact them by phone. Is this normal for Vodafone?

If you have registered online with Vodafone then they don't send out paper bills. You can view your bill online and print it. Most companies seem to be moving to online bills now - with a surcharge for paper bills (e.g. Virgin).
I would imagine that M2YD would accept a print-off of the online bill for cashback purposes, but you might want to confirm that 100% with them.

Don't you find it is strange that Vodafone don't allow you to have both paper bills and open an Online account to view account information online. I had to ask them to switch it back to paper bills.

All companies I deal with (Major Banks, etc) are able to handle both, but not Vodafone. Are they using an ancient system?

I did register online, I will have to check with M2YD, they have already confirmed that I only need a copy of the front cover of the bill, not the fully itemised bill. When I had a contract with Orange, I was registered online but still received a front cover paper bill, so had no problem with my OSPS cashback claims.

Also, how do you check the no of texts used? You can see how many mins have been used online, but I can't find a way for texts, except for manually counting them.
