2 more layouts done and posted on my blog

Have decided to cut the number of pages for Granny;s scrapbook from 15 to 10 so I only have 3 more to do. And only 2 spare evenings to do them. Eek!

    Hello all.

I am in desperate, desperate need of some pinstripe paper - black with white stripes and white on black.

Has anyone got any ideas where I can get some from? I have exhausted all my usual stores with no joy.

    Thanks :D

    Hi Dolly

Good luck. Wrote you a lovely long post advising to post on shop till you drop thread on ukscrappers. Then went back there to get you a link and I'm guessing you've already done that as there is someone with a similar name requesting pinstripe paper.

I did post on there, thank you...have been a lurker for ages but never posted. I feel a complete amateur when I look at people's LO's. :o

It is about 8mths since I last scrapped but am looking forward to getting back into it - I plan to scrap the school production of Bugsy Malone for the wonderful teacher as a gift. Trouble is, I can't find any damn paper and I have less than 2 weeks to do it in. Not taking on too much, I know :rotfl:

I have a couple of stickers which may be of use to you that I'll never use myself. They're the spats style shoes and hat from this set. (I used the others for a layout of my son in his dancing show).

PM me your details if you want them and I'll pop them in the post (better that than they languish in my stickers box forever.!)

Juat a thought but could you use plain black (or white) cardstock (like bazill basics) and apply tape or strips of paper to it. It would give more texture to the page too.
