does your phone use a memory card ?? if so, move them onto the card, then move them to it, remove from your phone, and save to pc using a card reader. Orif you have installed your phone's driver and have a phone-usb cable, do it directly.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Yes it would help if we knew how you were trying to do it and what problems you are havingI don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0

Well I have downloaded the software for my Nokia 6300 mobile phone, transferred videos the problem is now that when you want to view the video on the pc the screen is bright green and fuzzy it looks like it is playing the video but the screen is just full of colour and no picture could it be something to do with the format I am not sure what format it should be to view videos?????

It does indeed sound like the format is to blame. The Nokia 6300 apparently captures video in H.263 format, you will need a codec (If you just want to play it on your computer) or a program which will convert it into something like mpg or avi (If you want to email to friends or upload to youtube etc.)
There might be a converter included with the software that came on the disc with the phone, have a look there first.I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0 -
There should be a dedicated nokia video player which will work with this format somewhere in the nokia PC suite package, which I am presuming you have installed. It plays the video without a problem in my experience.0
