Has anyone called 2211 from there O2 phone and got anything from the O2 Treats?

I called this morning but it told me about the offer and then cut me off.. hehe!! I called O2 Customer Services about it and to see exactly what the offer was and was told that there still putting the finishing touches to the scheme which is going to include extra inclusive mins, texts, free voicemail etc etc etc for O2's long standing customers.

Will only be available to O2 customers who have been with them more then 6 months.Offers will be available to both Contract and Payg Customers.

The details of the "only be available to customers who have been with O2 for 6 months are bit hazy" That was one of the questions i put to the customer service advisor at O2 who said that according to my account i had been with them for over 5 years

I just phoned treats and chose 20 free texts for the next three months (which will be activated in 72 hours). The other choices were 10 anytime xnet minutes of calls or voicemail mail access during peak times (i think - the recording wasn't very clear). Great find. Mind you I have more free minutes and texts than I know what to do with thanks to your previous post!

well I joined in april so no treats for me yet, no info on the website so I called my contact @ o2 should be on the website soon as well as the relevent I-mode info being launched tommorrow which i informed them had no presence on line either, its not good when you have to tell a company 2 services launched within 24hrs of each other have no info on thier web portal???

For any O2 customer that has had their contract for over 6 months O2 have decided to offer the O2 "treat" service.

If you dial 2211 freephone then you will get through to their treat service and you can choose a free treat.

I got offered 3 options:

1) 20 free texts a month
2) 10 minutes free a month anytime to any network
3) unlimited free texts between 7pm and 8pm every day

My housemate however got offered 20 free minutes a month anytime to any network along with other offers that were slightly better than mine, not sure exactly what they base this on.

You keep each treat for 3 months after which you can choose a new treat by phoning 2211 again.

This offer IS valid for O2 Online customers as well. Enjoy
