Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here

Hi folks

I had some Clubcard vouchers that had expired during the past 10 months. When I called Tesco they said they would refer the vouchers to make sure they can be reinstated. I've now noticed that they have been added to my online Clubcard account and will be sent out in my August statement.

Is there any way I can get the vouchers prior to my next statement? I was hoping to use them for Goldsmiths vouchers, but August is ages away

From the way you word things, it sounds like is this a holiday that has been booked previously, and you now want to use your tesco vouchers to pay it off? If so, you cant do that

Like sarebear has now said, you don't need to convert the vouchers first, i didn't even need to give serial numbers and was happily given 2 weeks to order the vouchers and send them to butlins. Have a good time sarebear :j

thanks i hope my boys really enjoy it. I sent off the vouchers i had yesterday and when i gave them the codes on the phone they told me i could see how many points i can collect up to the date my final balance is due and then add them on ....:j:j my balance is due by 11th sept and the next mailing is due in august so hopefully i can convert them in time and the upgrade we have now done can also be paid in vouchers !!!! only got £202 left to pay so only need £50 in vouchers and my balance is now £19.50 and have till 26th july to collect so should get fairly close . have got a couple of bonus points coupons to use this week that are worth 300 points :j

It depends on the manager IME. We had a lovely meal in a Bella Italia in a coastal resort (won't say where as this is a public forum. Paranoid? Me? :eek:) and the manager actually TOLD us to use all our vouchers to pay for the whole bill, including drinks. I'm sure these things are easy to wangle when the vast majority of diners won't be using Tesco vouchers.

Just realised that we had over 120 pounds worth of vouchers already out of date in Feb andd May this year.
Called helpline and they said money has been lost - potentially 480 pounds club card deals.
I took a chance on entering their codes into the online ordering and hey presto they have all been accepted!

So pleased!:j

we ordered pizza express vouchers and got £30 of them as ordered, we used £20 of them last week.

Do these have to be used at pizza express or can they be used at any of the food outlets?

If it hadn't worked, does this means that the £120 wouldnt have been converted back to your clubcard statement for the next quarter?

Wow that's great, didn't know you didn't have to pay the whole amount when you booked! We went last month and paid for it in full last year some time! At least the building work will be finished when you go, lol
