anyone know how long it takes for the deals tokens to come through ? i ordered £730 worth of butlins vouchers on friday so we can take the kids to watch wwe at butlins .but need them so i can pay the balance off.

Usually a few working days to a week.

They seem to be busier though this time of year - you may have to allow a bit longer - I would say 2 weeks max.

I tried to book the Isle of Wight ferry with my CC deals but they said I had to have the vouchers first - I said I did not have the vouchers because I did not know how much it was going to be but they would not help without them? How on earth was I supposed to exchange my vouchers without knowing how much I needed?
    Thank you all who post.

with Butlins, you have to have the tesco vouchers already changed into deals, when you make the booking as they have serial numbers on them, that you have to quote

From the way you word things, it sounds like is this a holiday that has been booked previously, and you now want to use your tesco vouchers to pay it off? If so, you cant do that

you have to over order them then. Prices dont change that much, as long as you work from their base rate prices, not any discounted ones then you should roughly know how much is it going to cost. Any unused vouchers can be on other deals, or sent back for a credit to your account

i booked it on friday and told them i was getting my vouchers changed . they said it was no problem and would take the difference in cash and wait till the end of this week for my voucher numbers. i just phoned them to double check and they have again said it is fine. i just want to make sure i get the vouchers through in time. they probably agreed to the booking because it has to be done at full price when using the tesco vouchers and the price for it was £755.90 for the weekend !!!! but i cant moan as it only cost me £25.90 in cash and the £730. in vouchers BARGAIN :j

Mine have always come within a week, sometimes in a couple of days.

I have £30-00 of clubcard deals which unfortunately expired on 31/5/09, does anyone know if I can get these replaced and if so how? or have I lost these now?

deals tokens cannot be recredited, so if they are out of date, you have lost them

however, tesco clubcard vouchers can be returned for a credit, if out of date

    All is not lost!!
I am in a similar situation with some Days Out tokens that have expired 30/4/09, so I rang the Clubcard Deals Helpline this morning. The nice lady said that they can either re-issue the Tokens or credit the points back to your account. (They only allow this once per customer on recently expired tokens as a gesture of goodwill.)
Just send the expired tokens with a short covering letter to:
    Operations Department
    Tesco Freetime Ltd
    PO Box 654
    Crawley
    RH10 1RG

    Hope this helps! ;)
