Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here

Dear All,

I just found out that you can do interesting things with Tesco Discount Vouchers. My question is regarding Airmiles points...

For example, a direct flight to Thailand costs about £600, using Airmiles would cost about £334.

My questions are:

1- Can I buy vouchers on Ebay and convert them in Airmiles?
2- The clubcard is on my name, can I buy tickets for anyone? (e.g. my girlfriend).

I have done a search but couldn't find the answer...

I ordered some Nationwide Auto vouchers using my clubcard vouchers. however, I have since read bad things about this company (I was going to get them to do my MOT) so I think I want to avoid them. :eek:

Just wondering if anyone knows if I can convert my vouchers back or swap them?

As far as i know, the airmiles will be issued with your name so buying off ebay won't work. Buying a ticket for your girlfriend using your vouchers shouldn't be a problem HTH

Tesco's have always accepted back deal tokens that are no longer needed or that have gone out of date but not sure if that's still the case as i read on here recently that someone had been told they've stopped that. Worth an ask though and let us know what the answer is

I sent some back a couple of weeks ago.

This is from a Tesco email dated 1 November:

Unused Tokens can be returned to us for an exchange.

Please send the Tokens, with a brief covering letter.

Please send these to:
Returns department
Tesco Freetime Ltd
PO BOX 654
Crawley
RH10 1RG

We suggest that when you send these tokens you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office before sending as Deals Tokens cannot be replaced.

Have a look on the tesco website where they're worth £24 in clubcard deals. For most things you would need more vouchers so you could save them up or you could get a £20 pizza express voucher

New to tesco clubcard deals, have cashed one lot in for food at la tasca but never a holiday..

Call them each quarter when you receive the vouchers and asked for them tobe rolled over. Their policy changed recently and they won't reissue any vouchers shoul they expire after the 2 year validity period.
