Need a loan? Hows Typical 1355% APR sound!

Seriously!

Don't knwo how I ended up on a mailing list for payday loans  But they just sent me a mail offering be a fab deal for a loan for a mere Typical 1355% APR!!!

I'm deeply impressed... What a stunning bargain.......... NOT!!!!

I thought some of the card spam I get through the post were bad with nearly 200%APRbut this one takes the cookie!

Hmm...take out a few loans with a reasonable APR, set yourself up as a pay-day loan company, watch the money roll in, end of debt problems!

Don't laugh but I've saved the E-mail cos I just KNOW no-one will believe me! :rotfl:

Don't get me wring I appreciate they are very short term loans but they charge £25 for each £100 you borrow - so over a matter of say a couple of weeks that means it's an astronomical APR... I just couldn't believe my eyes to start with! Gotta love 'em!

As you say... couple grand and set up payday loan company and employ a couple of toughie guys to "collect" (obviously paying in banana's as no brain required if other DCAs are anything to go by...) and you're on the road to riches!

I saw that on their website the other day.

I was just checking for another thread on here about high APRs, but it was still 3D_emoticon_S389.gif.

    It's there bold as brass!

I'm guessing so... Tell you what I'll do you a special deal! I'll lend you up to £750 till payday but only charge you 1275%APR... that's cutting my own throat that is! (Sorry blatant Terry Pratchett reference there)
