Broadband provider's contract issues!! Please help!

Im in student accomodation (privately rented) and were looking into getting broadband, the only problem being were only there for the next nine months, and i have yet to find a broadband provider that offers anything less than a 12 month contract.

Is there any way round this?

Does anyone know of any providers who allow you a shorter contract period?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

    There are quite a few out there with Monthly contracts.

    See PlusNet, Bulldog, Metronet, freedom2surf for examples.

    Some others offer 3 month contracts - such as Be*

    zazizam offer 3 month contracts also - and also unlimited broadband and phone options - which should be useful to yourself, and your flatmates

    Go to THIS page. Click advanced search, tick contract period, then select <=9months, then click the search at the bottom of the page. It brought up 110 different ISPs that have minimum contracts less than, or equal to this time period.
