    Have to admit I liked it most 'cos it only had the one big bone, I don't like bones in fish either.

    Am all homesick now, want a nice portion of huss and chips (WITHOUT gravy on my chips - you can take the girl out of the south but you can't take the south out of the girl :rotfl: ) or huss poached in milk with new potatoes

    Yes, it is popular in London.

    I have found halibut fillets usually don't have bones, the tail end of salmon is good too...
