awwww I love huss/rock salmon but alas I think it is a southern thing, they don't seem to have it up here in the midlands - fishmonger in Morrisons said they used to stock it but no-one wanted it :sad:

Have to admit I liked it most 'cos it only had the one big bone, I don't like bones in fish either.
Am all homesick now, want a nice portion of huss and chips (WITHOUT gravy on my chips - you can take the girl out of the south but you can't take the south out of the girl :rotfl: ) or huss poached in milk with new potatoes
