Have used 7dayshop a number of times and although you have to wait what seems like 7 days for the goods to be despatched (LOL) they do arrive. The one occasion when the goods were out of stock, I got an email straight away to say they were not available but they were on backorder and I could either wait or cancel. As soon as the goods came in, I was notified and a couple of days later they had arrived at home. No complaints.

I ordered a number of items in early November to use on holiday, paid the higher rate for immediate action.  The goods took 10 days to arrive and were no use as I'd already left.  7day shop did agree to take back the goods after the normal returns period had elapsed.

I'd use them again as long as I was not in a hurry!!

Ordered a camera from them in June, a couple of weeks before I was due to go on holiday - no indication on their website that it was out of stock, only found this out after emailing them a week before I was due to leave. Then by the time they had dispatched the camera, I would have been on holiday when it arrived. So I went to Curry's and bought what seemed to be the only one of that model left in Northern Ireland

To be fair to 7dayshop though, they did take the camera back outside their normal refund period (due to the fact that I was on holiday for 2 weeks ;-) ) and refunded me with no problem whatsoever. I wouldn't order from them again, but at least they redeemed themselves.
