I hope there will many people, like me, having delivery problem with 7dayshop.com

I bought some items of their website and they marked my order as dispatched on 3rd day of order.

I waited for 5 days after dispatch date, nothing arrived. Contacted 7dayshop, requested me to wait for 10 days from dispatch date. Agreed...

After 10 days, still nothing arrived, again contacted them, this time they told me to wait for 28 days from dispatch date. I didn't agree and told them to cancel my order. They denided and told me that I cannot cancel order before 28 days.

I replied back telling them that they are breaking rules by not cancelling the order. They responded with a rude reply that I have agreed this in terms & conditions.

I again checked terms & conditions on their website, it says 14 days.

The normal delivery time from dispatch to your door is 3-5 working days, but the delivery time can be
up to 10 working days (2 weeks) from dispatch at Royal Mails peak times. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.

Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 14 days of dispatch then please click here to report it. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.

I waited for 14 days, nothing arrived, contacted again...this time "wait until 5 weeks of dispatch date". I asked for explaination and told them to cancel the order.

They clearly denied and refuse to refund.

Now, I have launched a complaint with my credit card company and hopefully I will receive my money back some day....

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

I think they should change their name to 7weekwait.com

I have ordered many things over the years from them. Although prices are very competitive there delivery are slow. Okay I don't mind that part too much now I am use to it taken about 10 days. What I don't like about them is there lack of replying to emails.

7day shop is an excellent shop with amazing prices,

Ive bought loads of stuff from them and the service/delivery was excellent!

I dont see how they do it for so cheap, its non mainland and they have to send all the items separately for tax purposes.

Well they are cheap compared to other stores...but their cutomer services gets even more CHEAPer when it comes to order cancellation or missing delivery. :-X

Sorry but I cannot agree as my experence is 100% the opposite

I have ordered many items over the last year all have been delivered within 4 days . My last - ordered on line Sat evening delivered Wednesday (Yesterday)

Like john 1, I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from 7dayshop.com, found there service very good.
Ordered something once, they emailed me and told me it was out of stock, but was due in shortly.
Received items several days later! RESULT

I'm another happy 7dayshop customer, and have been for several years. I've had no problems, and usually look at their site first to establish a benchmark for prices. They are hard to beat.

I have to agree with the others here. I have used 7dayshop extensively and have never had a problem. Always great prices and always goods delivered promtly. A model etailer.

I too am a happy 7day shop customer, but that doesn't detract from the fact that Sachin has had bad service from them. Sometimes things do go wrong and their should be suitable systems in place to resolve problems. :-/ Sachin has two choices, they are: 1. try again or 2. shop elsewhere. I would like to think if choice 1 was taken Sachin would get excellent service & would certainly raise questions if that was not the case. ;D
