Thats how we do it, I cant stick to it if we have a set menu for each day and have to stick to it. We make a list of the meals we would like, get it all in and decide either the night before, or on the day.

Cassey, I'll add my good luck for the interview, just try to relax and as long as you do your best you'll get the job if it's the right one for you!!

Andan, we're pretty relaxed about our meal planning, got a list of 7 meals that we have the stuff to make and then just decide which one we'll pull out of the freezer (or which one the ingredients are about to go off in the fridge and we have to eat!!). Only done it a couple of times but it seems to work for us!

thank you. Thats how we do our meal planing,i would get bored if we had a strict plan to follow.I must get off this computor and get some sleep.

    Today I have:

~ done piggyclicks and lightspeed surveys (and ordered another £5 voucher from Lightspeed – yay! :j).
~ taken lunch into work and eaten dinner mostly from fridge/storecupboard (had to buy one item to complete meal :o).
~ found 20p on the pavement – so popped it into the 20p savings jar. :T
~ walked home from supermarket, saving 90p bus fare. :p
~ bought 8pts of milk from Sainsbury’s Local, taking advantage of their 2 for £2 offer on their 4pt cartons of milk – we have visitors for the weekend, so will easily use it in tea/coffee and on cereal. :D
~ bought some minced beef & onion slices from M&S to put in the freezer for quick emergency meals… I know this isn’t very MSE, but they are currently on a ½ price deal at 99p for 2 rather than £1.99. Then they also fall into the “1/3 off ready to cook meals” offer currently on, so 2 slices cost me 66p instead of £1.99. Not recommended as a regular meal, but as an occasional treat, served with a big salad, I don’t think I can go wrong at 33p per person! Much cheaper than a greasy takeaway… ;)

Edited to add: P.S. Good luck with the interview tomorrow, Cassey - will keep my fingers crossed for you! :D
