Buttons to navigate to different sheets in open office calc?

Hi
I have a workbook in open office that is like to add push buttons to for each sheet.
For example i have a button on sheet one that i want to be able to press to take me to page two ....could someone please explain in simple terms please?

Update:I recorded a macro then assigned the macro to the push button and it all works out fine but if possible d like to do this without using a macro, is there a "goto" type function i can assign to the button??
