I do this for a hobby, not ebay, just to personalise gifts for friends etc.
I use http://www.wrapcandy.com/ cost $29 and can be downloaded or sent on CD.Josey0 -
I make these wrappers myself. I just use Microsoft Publisher, I used to use MS Word but found publisher easier. I use something like google to look for images.
