^yep: same response: backlog of (existing) emails: and yet can provide info over the phone. once again, from my side anyhow, i won't be a depositing a penny if they cannot even send out an email (with details). i know others have had no probs whatsoever, so perhaps I'm just unlucky

I received password letter within three days also, to be fair to them: but email confirming account details still not received - coming up to 12 days...

Mine is still working as described 3 days to receive money in via BACS. However half the time I log in it asks me to accept the changed June T+Cs, which I keep doing...

I'm funding it with a Lloyds tsb account, via the online banking, but the transfers and payments section only allows a maximum of £10,000 to be transferred in any one go, which is annoying as I'm trying to get the KE account up to 30K, going to take me 10 days to do this, crazy. Is this a normal restriction of on-line banking (it's nothing to do with KE obviously).

Yes. All current a/cs are subject to some restriction, though the actual figure varies between banks. HSBC, for instance, limits you to £10,000, whereas with Halifax it's £15,000.

there is a max of £10K for Lloyds - dont know if it is anymore with telephone banking - might be worth a call to find out
