I came across this item on ebay, its a baby girl keepsake tin. I'm not sure about the feather thing on the outside, but I think she has done the inside beautifully.120272356618
I would have provided an easier link but I've no idea how to do it, can anyone help so that I know for next time?0 -
Found this too from the same seller. She has decorated a single cd holder. Sounds strange but she has suggested putting a disc with photos on it as a gift inside the decorated box. A cheap and cheerful gift!120272326176
Sorry I didn't explain it better!0 -

You do have to be careful but it's do-able if you are thorough, just blanch the garlic in boiling water for 3 minutes then dry VERY THOROUGHLY prior to bottling & make sure that your bottles are thoroughly dry prior to use, not a speck of moisure allowed!

Have just found this thread - and it's great!!
I would really love to make lots of homemade gifts this christmas and you guys have got so many great idea's!
I think I'd like to make my mom a decorated diray, so if anyone has a link to show me some ideas that'd be great!
I also like the homemade photo album - think I may do this for SIL, actually I might turn it into a hamper with some nice HM biscuits, chutney etc.
MrsM those stockings are soooo cute! Could you point me in the right direction of how to make them?
Take pity on a crafting newbie and post any simple idea's you have!!!!

Hi all, I am sorry this is going off the subject but craft fairs were mentioned and I have a query.....if anyone can help? I have always made cards for friends and family and made my wedding staitonery etc. I am now a stay at home mum and when I get a minute or two (?!) I have always planned to make a stock of cards to try and sell - ideally at a craft fair. What do you have to do to get a stand and how/or do you declare what you earn (IF you earn anything??!) Do I have to set myself up as self employed and start my own business??!SAHM Mummy tods (born Oct 2007) and dd (born June 2010)0

Hi All
sounds silly but if you google 'how to decorate a diary' there are lots of sites offering ideas and ways to decorate the outside of them. I thought that was quite useful and handy. - its actually this that inspired me to decorate my own
MRSM! I never realised there was different varietys of Gyros - it was a stable in our family too and my boyfriends - um.......perhaps if i can exchange a personal PM with you i can send you a few pennies - that way i can give it in my christmas hampers too!if it lasts that long once mum/sister/boyfriend/mother in law/father in law smells it!!!
Time to find me again0
