Boo. I made a batch of test (thank goodness) fudge last night, but it hasn't set. I'm assuming that I didn't boil it for long enough, even though it seemed to do the soft ball test okay.
Anybody have a better explanation please?
TIA
Sorry tia can't help but I remember making fudge for a school do with a friend aged 13 and the same thing happened. We just ate it with a spoon!

many thanks

Flannels in primark, tesco and matalan. Googly Eyes 70p big bag wilkinsons. Noses some in tesco and wilkinson. I did have trouble getting noses.
I bought quite thick flannels aswell not sure if slighty thinner would be better.

Hi All!!
Haven't been on here for a while its been a bit manic here! Both of us are working at different time which is exhausting, then our guinea pig had to go to the vets (he is OK thank god) and we have builders in and all sorts on top!!
I've made a real dent in my list of pressies to buy which is good and I've got all the threads I need for the cross stitch gifts so I just have to do them! That should just about be all my craft bits done now though. Saving hard for a brighter future!:beer:0
