Vodafone complaint address

Hi,

Bizarrely Vodafone seem to be under the mis-impression that I'm in contract with them (and that they're providing service on a number which is quite clearly associated with my current O2 SIM). Out of the blue they've started ringing me up to demand payment, saying I'm in contract until May 2009.

This is almost certainly related to their ballsed-up migration of Dot Mobile customer data (I was a Dot customer, but the line was ceased over 18 months ago and the account settled).

Could someone with a Vodafone account tell me if there's an address to send complaints to on the back of their bills? I have never had a bill from Vodafone so I can't check myself :)

Thanks.

    hi,

im having a lot of trouble with vodafone at the moment, trying to leave a contract after ringing up several times and been told false information im not writing in a complaints letter and a 30 days notice letter,

ive already sent the complains email to : customercare@vodafone.co.uk
and the addresse im sending the hand written letters to is:
disconnections department vodafone (complaints dept for ur letter)
    PO BOX 549
    banbury
    OX173ZJ

im going to send my letter via recorded delivery so they have no excuses in saying it hasnt got there.

    hope that helps.

    hiya again,

just to let you all know i sent my complaint off the the customer service email and within 24hours i had a personal reply (the reply was last night around 6pm) with apoligies & are now sorting out my phones as i wanted in the first place,

this morning ive had another email from them with more "were sorry" and "this is not how vodafone run there team" and saying if i need any more help just send another email.

so if you have any problems its worth giving them a ring and emaing them to sort it out, just be persistant, this has saved me 2 months contract bill & now i can go on pay as you go!

    brill result, im happy!
