I work in estate agency and trust me, there is no hope of any increase in prices at the moment! Asking prices may be the same as they were last year but the actual selling prices are far, far lower, with offers coming in at tens of thousands less than properties are on the market for.
Doom and gloom again, sorry!:sad:0 -

Which area do you work in?
You do know that different areas are affected differently
If you look at http://www.nationwide.co.uk/hpi/historical/q1_2008.pdf you can see that while the UK average was down for the first quarter, some area were still showing increases:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

I have seen their posts. Their ridicule of you has indeed been most effective. I am glad you can see the strength of ridicule even on the receiving end. Most magnaminous of you.

We go easy on you though as it's not fair to poke fun at those who've had a lobotomy.
